GiGi Chicken

I learned this recipe from my friend Derstine's friend Gigi. What you need:

Lots of Chicken wings
Oyster sauce
Green Jalapaneos
Black Pepper

• defrost them chicken wings!
  
• put the chicken wings into a big bowl and pour copious amounts of oyster sauce on it.
  
• sprinkle lots of black pepper on the chicken.
  
• cut cross-sections of Jalapaneos and throw them in the bowl
  
• use your hands and mix-em all together!
  
• add more oyster sauce, jalapaneos, or black pepper to your liking.
  
• After finished mixing, let sit for 10 min.
  
• preheat oven to 400 deg F
  
• after 10 mins preheat, put wings on a baking sheet and put it all in (don't put the mixing bowl in the oven!). Let bake for about 15-20 mins. Check periodically that they're not burnt.
